The LUNAR TEMPLE is designed to work in harmony with the moon’s phases, guiding you to both take action and release what no longer serves you.
We meet at key points in the lunar cycle, using each phase to deepen our connection with our goals, reflect on our progress, and clear the way for new opportunities. Here’s the flow:
New Moon: Set Goals
Every New Moon, we come together to set clear, actionable goals based on the house it’s highlighting in your natal chart. Whether it's your career, relationships, health, or spiritual growth, the New Moon energy provides the perfect moment to plant the seeds for what you want to manifest. I’ll guide you to set intentions that feel both grounded and inspired, with practical steps to carry them forward throughout the lunar cycle.
Full Moon: Reflect & Release
Every Full Moon we will release. This is the time to reflect on the past few months, celebrate your progress, and acknowledge how far you’ve come. It’s also a time to release what no longer serves you, especially in the area of life the Full Moon is illuminating. Whether it’s letting go of limiting beliefs, emotional baggage, or outdated patterns, we use the Full Moon to clear space for new growth and transformation.
Eclipses: Feel & Release Control
Eclipses are powerful moments of deep change and emotional healing. During eclipses, we enter a space of surrender—releasing control, trusting the universe’s timing, and allowing ourselves to feel whatever arises. We embrace the emotional energy of these moments, knowing that they are an opportunity to heal and make room for something new.

We’ll dive deep into the astrological energy of each lunar phase, including key aspects and how they’re affecting you. This helps you understand how to best align your intentions with the cosmic energy of the moment. Learn how to interpret any moon phase on your own!
Goal-Setting & Reflection
During the New Moon, we’ll set clear, actionable goals based on the house the moon is activating in your chart. By the Full Moon, we’ll reflect and release what’s no longer serving you. For eclipses, we gather around to TALK more freely about what we are collectively feeling and what changes are unfolding.
Guided interpretations for Your Rising Sign
I’ll provide detailed guidance for your rising sign, so you can see which areas of your life are being activated by the current moon phase and aspects and know how to navigate it or what to expect, with practical tools or advice.
Q&A Sessions
We end every session with a live Q&A or the option to ask questions after the call (if you’re reflecting or watching the replay afterwards).
Call Format
Meetups will take place for 1 HOUR on ZOOM. The calls will be recorded, so even if you can't join live, you'll receive the session afterwards. Each session is designed to be interactive, with time for questions at the end. Your commitment to being present for the full hour and being consistent is key to getting the BEST results and will help you make the most of your experience.
